This package is designed for parents who are looking for a personalised plan to tackle their baby’s sleep issues, but feel they can implement the recommended changes independently.

What will I get?

Our personalised sleep plan package will include:

• A detailed intake questionnaire where we will gather all of the important information to ensure we can tackle your sleep concerns head on;
• Following the questionnaire, you will receive a detailed individualised plan based on your completed questionnaire to work through your baby’s sleep concerns, with routines, methods and other valuable information. This can then be implemented at your own pace.
• Please note: there is no follow up support as part of this package.

Once you purchase this package and complete the checkout process, you will automatically be sent our intake questionnaire for completion. This allows us to have as much information as possible to provide the best value to you in your sleep plan.
